Research operator and contact

Pattern Break is operated for this research test by Ricorlan LLC. Email: ricorlan9606@gmail.com.

Who can participate

This early general self-help prototype is intended for adults aged 18 or older. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis intervention, or addiction treatment.

What we collect

No account or payment is required. When you voluntarily submit feedback, our D1 research database records the selected tool, helpfulness rating, intention to return, interest in future Premium features, and submission time. When you click the Premium-interest button, we record that interest event and time. These database records do not contain your name, email address, or the free text you typed about an issue. Premium interest is not an order or payment.

Descriptions you type

In prepared-exercise mode, your description is processed in the browser and is not intentionally stored in the research database. If optional AI personalization is enabled later and you specifically opt in, the description will be sent to an external AI provider for processing. Avoid entering names, addresses, medical details, or other sensitive information. The website or service provider may process technical request records.

Hosting and technical data

Cloudflare hosts this website, Functions, and D1. As part of hosting and security, Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata. No advertising trackers are intentionally included in this research prototype.

Use and retention

We use anonymous research selections to understand which tools are useful and whether people express interest in additional features. Ricorlan LLC has adopted a 90-day target for retaining research events in its primary D1 table. Automated deletion has not yet been verified; actual deletion may take longer until the scheduled process is operational. Provider backups, diagnostic logs, and recovery data may follow separate retention schedules. We will update this notice when the schedule is verified. Since research events do not include an account or identity, identifying one person's individual response for deletion may not be feasible. Contact us with privacy questions.

Safety

Exercises are general self-help demonstrations, not diagnosis or treatment. The automated safety screen is limited and may not identify every risk. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services. In the U.S., call or text 988 for mental health crisis support.
